Service scope
Certferra provides exam preparation materials and study tools for candidates preparing for CISI-related certification routes. The platform does not guarantee exam outcomes and should be treated as a preparation aid rather than an official source of certification requirements.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out under your account. Access to premium content is limited to the purchaser and may not be shared or redistributed.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or attempt to automate access to the platform in ways that interfere with normal operation or violate applicable law.
Changes and availability
Certferra may update content, question banks, pricing, and product features over time. Platform availability may change during maintenance, releases, or infrastructure incidents.
